I really dig #9, it's very memorable, though I don't see your initials in it. Not sure how much that matters. 14 could totally work. It reminds me of sound waves. I love how all of these are so creative. You really thought outside the box, and I can tell you tried a bunch of different designs to come up with these 18.
I totally agree with what Casey said about number 9, I think it would be a cool idea if you did something with your initials around the the actual image, such as making a hat or having the penguin hold something that resembled your initials.
16 is interesting. Definitely memorable. I like the idea of the I. Maybe consider highlighting your initials more, make them stand out by making the lines thicker.
Love the little penguin character, the only problem I have is that I cannot seem to figure out where your initials are... maybe by a change in color to create contrast would solve that issue. If that is the case then I really like the penguin guy, #9. It is so memorable and simple as well!
Number 9 seemed creative and I liked it but I couldn't figure out where your initials were. If I were to go with that one then, I would suggest maybe outlining your initials more in the picture. The one that I did think was very unique on the other hand was number 11. That logo seems musical and makes it seem like everyone then has a connection with you and that logo.
Number 13 stands of for being the most interesting, readable, yet simple to me for a initial logo design. Its simple but the placement of the T draws the eye in and has familiarity to it. Though the eye of number 16 is also really cool, but perhaps too complex for a logo design.

Deletenumber 13 is quite a good idea! its reminds me of a C+ grade which is a symbol everyone can recognize. it simple and effective.
